name of midi ports not reinitialised ? midi and audio shared between 2 Ipads ?

After a flash of the memory with Sysex Librarian that correct a corrupted flash rom, I've been able to, then, upgrade the firmare to 1.1.0 (youhou :) )

I now having an issue with the name of the USB host ports. On Iconfig I changed the names to make it clearer, but on the Ipad, for an unknon reason I still have names of gears that I've assigned months ago.
Should I uninstall the Iconnect app ? Should I clean something like on mac to delete the midi connexion ?

Also, I now want to share midi and audio between 2 ipads.
Connected, I can hear the sound of the 2 ipads going out on the same speakers, but using AUM on both Ipads, I can't stream the sound from one to an other.
Also, for midi, I'd like to have Modstep midi sequencer to play a synth on the other Ipad, but I just don't see it.
It's not an external controler, it's midi from an Ipad to an other.
So, if I configured properly the IC4+ I should see USB1 /USB2 midi ports on both Ipads, also IN/Out for USB1 and USB2 on both ipads, right ? I'm looking on tutorial videos, but OMHO, they are not advanced enough to properly understanding the whole workflow so if you could enlighten my mind... :)
