MIO 10 and SONAR

I am running SONAR 8 under Windows 7 Ultimate. I just got my MIO 10 and have a couple issues I have not figured out. The first of which is when I go to MIDI Devices in SONAR there is no port 1 listed. All the other output ports are there and I can send data to any one other than port 1. Second, Sonar will not recognize any of the input ports from the MIO 10. I check the blocks and go to close the window and SONAR says I need to select the input devices or continue with no MIDI input. Reading the only MIO 10 support Faq, I looked into the Sound, Video and Game controllers in the device manager and no, it is not listed. Installing the suggested MIDI Ox software did nothing to change that. Reading further it appears to only be a data monitor so that just left me confused.

I would love to get the MIO 10 working correctly so if anyone have tell me what to do I would greatly appreciate there help in advance!!
